Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time. In-stock accessories ship within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery time. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Founding Member Reservations. Reserved shoes ship once production is complete. We'll email founding members with the estimated ship date as soon as it is confirmed. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable until your pair ships.

Separate shipments. If you order accessories together with a reservation, accessories may ship first and your shoes will follow separately at no extra charge.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but not received, email hello@thetorren.com and we'll help resolve it.
