Return & Refund Policy

Free first size exchange. If your TORREN shoes don't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a different size at no cost. Shoes must be unworn outdoors, clean, and in their original box.

Returns. You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email hello@thetorren.com with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Founding Member Reservations. Reservation deposits are fully refundable at any time before your pair ships. If we do not pro<h3>Shipping Policy</h3><p><strong>Where we ship.</strong> We currently ship within the United States only.</p><p><strong>Processing time.</strong> In-stock accessories ship within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.</p><p><strong>Delivery time.</strong> Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.</p><p><strong>Founding Member Reservations.</strong> Reserved shoes ship once production is complete. We'll email founding members with the estimated ship date as soon as it is confirmed. Your reservation deposit is fully refundable until your pair ships.</p><p><strong>Separate shipments.</strong> If you order accessories together with a reservation, accessories may ship first and your shoes will follow separately at no extra charge.</p><p><strong>Lost or delayed packages.</strong> If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package is marked delivered but not received, email hello@thetorren.com and we'll help resolve it.</p>ceed to production, all deposits will be refunded in full. Your deposit is credited toward the final price of your shoes.

Damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you, including shipping.

Non-returnable items. Worn insoles, socks that have been opened, and used shoe-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
