Do height insoles really work?
Yes. They raise your heel, so you stand taller while you wear them. Torren Lift adds 2.3, 3.3 or 4.3 cm (about 0.9 to 1.7 inches) depending on how many layers you use. They don't change your actual height and they aren't a medical device.
Are height insoles noticeable?
Not when the lift matches the shoe. Boots and high-back sneakers hide the full stack; low-cut dress shoes usually take only the lowest layer. If your heel lifts out of the shoe, you've gone one layer too high.
Will Torren Lift insoles fit my shoes?
They're one size and trim to fit men's US 6 to 13. Remove the shoe's stock insole, trace it onto the Torren Lift, and cut along the printed lines. Full instructions are on our Fit Guarantee & Sizing page.
Do insoles make shoes tight?
A raised heel pushes your foot forward, so the toe box feels snugger. Removing the original insole gives that room back. If it's still tight, use fewer layers or a roomier shoe.
How much taller will I be?
The Torren Original adds about 2 inches (2.0 to 2.25"). For extra height, you can add a Torren Lift insole.
Can people tell?
From the outside, Torren looks like a regular, well-made leather shoe. The lift is fully hidden inside.
Are they comfortable?
Comfort is our main focus. The forefoot is roomy, and most men adjust to the lift within a few days. See our Fit Guarantee & Sizing page for tips.
