Sizing Torren Lift height insoles
Torren Lift insoles come in one size and trim to fit men's US 6 to 13. Lay your shoe's original insole on top, trace the toe, and cut along the printed size lines. If the shoe has no removable insole, trace the outline of the shoe's footbed instead.
- Start with one layer (2.3 cm / 0.9 in) for the first few days, then add layers as you get used to the lift.
- Best in high-back shoes: sneakers, boots and chukkas. Low-cut dress shoes and loafers usually take only the lowest layer.
- Remove the stock insole when you can, so the shoe doesn't get too tight across the toes.
- Heel slipping? Drop one layer, lace firmly through the top eyelets, or use a shoe with a taller heel counter.

Your first size exchange is on us.
If your Torren shoes don't fit right, we'll send you a different size free. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Shoes must be unworn outdoors and in original packaging.
How to pick your size
- Start with the size you wear in most dress or casual leather shoes (not athletic sneakers).
- If you're between sizes, size up. The Torren forefoot is roomy (D/E width), so a half-size up rarely feels loose.
- If you usually need wide shoes, order your normal size. Our standard fit already accommodates most wide feet.
Getting used to the lift
Most men adjust to a 2-inch lift within a few days. Wear them for 1 to 2 hours at a time for the first few days, then build up. If something rubs or slips, email us before you give up on them and we'll help.
